Library Technology: Computers

This guide includes useful tips regarding using the technology here at the Greenfield Library.

Student Computers

There are four student access computers located on the 1st floor of the library.  To use these computers, you must have a valid SJC student ID.  These computers also allow for printing.  (For more information on printing, refer to the Printing tab.)

Reset Password

I'm locked out of my account, what do I do?

If you are locked out of your account (this usually happens when you try to login with an incorrect password too many times), you can attempt to unlock your account by going to mySJC - https://mysjc.sjc.edu/ICS.  Click on the "Reset Your Password" link, and follow the prompts.  If this does not work, please contact IT.  They will be able to reset your account for you.  IT can be reached by phone @ 410-626-2892, email.

Public Access Computers

There are public access computers located on each floor of the library.  There are three on the 1st floor of the library by the New Book Shelves, as well as, one of each floor.  No account is required to use these computers.

These computers do not have the capability to print.  If you have questions about using these computers, please inquire at the Circulation Desk.
